BOYARD VS AOP COGNAC

BOYARD VS AOP COGNAC

Grapes: Ugni blanc and Colombard
Soil: Clay-limestone and sandy

DEVELOPMENT:

This blend is composed of different eaux-de-vie from 100% from the island
of Oléron, the youngest of which has been aged for at least 2 years in oak
barrels.

TASTING:

• Honeyed reflections are revealed in their golden colour.
• Its nose is open and fruity. Floral and candied notes are combined with
woody aromas offering a lively, gourmet and fresh appearance.
• The attack on the palate is frank and powerful, with notes of candied
oranges and plum pit punctuated by spices such as ginger or cloves. The
woody, liquorice finish offers a crisp and warm cognac.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING:

To be enjoyed in cocktails or as an aperitif with tonic. Will pair perfectly with gravlax
salmon, ginger vinaigrette and pink grapefruit supreme.

ALCOHOL:  40% Vol.
